In this difficult real estate market, Dahl
Young, from Lava Rock Realty Company sold our
Waikoloa house in three months. We had our first
showing 1 week after it was on the market! We
absolutely couldn’t have done it without her. Dahl
is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate
market, she will help you every step of selling your
home. She also never stops learning. She was there
for the staking, the cesspool cap locating, the
cesspool pumping, the inspections etc, I found out
later this was to see how every contractor performs
and also to learn exactly what they do is what they
promised for her clients. If there was a last
minute showing she would come by the house while we
were at work to get it ready for us to make sure it
showed well. Dahl’s communication was excellent,
either through phone calls, or Emails, she always
let you know what was going on. She was also
available any day any time to answer you questions,
and we had a lot. We bought a house that
required carpeting before the bank would approve the
loan, Dahl called me and told me that the installers
would probably not vacuum before the installation,
so that night she went to the property and spent one
evening vacuuming the entire house, so the
installation would be perfect. This was above and
beyond what I expected. Dahl is the benchmark
of real estate excellence, and we will only use her
in the future and highly recommend her to anyone

Dahl and Bev did a great job! The market was
stagnant as we couldn't even get an offer for almost
2 years until we listed the house under Lava Rock. I
did not have great expectations of selling the house

My wife and I are writing this letter to let
whomever is getting ready to buy or sell real estate
about a superb agent. About 7 years ago we started
the process of looking for a new home. We had
already enlisted an agent who was working towards
our needs but decided to go to open houses on our
own time as well since there always seemed to be so
many. During this process we kept seeing an agent
named Dahl Young. She seemed to be representing
clients everywhere that we went, hosting open house
after open house. At each, we began to chat more and
more and found that she really listened to us and
was always open to offer suggestions even though she
had no interest in gaining anything of us. We then
realized that Dahl would be a great asset in helping

The first time I contemplated the selling of my home in
Waimea, I called Heidi (just an easy name to remember in the
phone book). She impressed me from the beginning by
producing answers instinctively and exhibiting a more
professional edge than observed commonly in the islands. She
explained a selling formula simply, and I informed her that
when I am prepared, I will contact her again. A year later I
rang Heidi, who remembered me, and she arrived promptly to
my house and requested my goals. After calculating my
campaign as a seller, Heidi aligned buyers with similar
motivations, and my home was sold above market value
instantaneously. She communicated obstacles intimately and
orchestrated functions with external parties to produce
spectacular consequences. When I prescribed to Heidi the
attributes of my next purchase in the islands, she produced
a docket of precise homes, tailored to my prerequisites, and
gracefully walked me through several possibilities; minus
the asphyxiating lineament of a car sales-person. Heidi
creates results. She is a rattling professional and a
persevering worker. She communicates considerably and is
extraordinarily dependable. I would recommend Heidi to
anyone wanting to sell a home promptly without the
painstaking dilatoriness of the classifiable Hawaiian style.
With the standard agents I have dealt with previously,

We first met Stacy Disney from Lava Rock Realty during a
vacation in Hawaii two years ago. Earlier this year we
decided to begin looking for a second home on the Big Island
and re-contacted Stacy to ask that she find homes for us to
view. While we were looking at houses Stacy also showed us a
vacant property that we fell in love with at first sight. We
purchased the land and are now constructing a home on our
piece of the Big Island. Throughout the process Stacy has

We started working with Stacy Disney at Lava Rock Realty
during a visit to the Big Island. We fell in love with the
Island but were running on a short time frame and needed to
narrow down our search quickly. Stacy assessed our needs and
found us the perfect home. After our vacation we returned to
the mainland and the folks at Lava Rock handled the
negotiations, contract, inspections, and lined up the
closing. It is stressful buying a home thousands of miles

Yes, we bought a home we never saw, in a community we never
drove through! Only because of the trust we developed in
Heidi Perreira and her ability to understand our desires,
yet also get to know our standards so she could match 'our'
perfect home and neighborhood!
What could have been a frightening experience, working with
a realtor we didn't know first on a personal basis or by
referral, ended up being a blessing. We found Heidi through
one of her listing while searching online and living in CA.
When we flew out to see some properties and interview
realtors we were immediately impressed with Heidi's
standards of professionalism. Coming from CA, we weren't
familiar with Hawaiian real estate procedures but putting
ALL of our hard earned savings into it...needless to say we
were a bit nervous.
This was our FIRST home, we had a 2 year old baby and we
were moving far from our families to an island that we had
visited only twice!Over the next few months of: virtual
viewing, telecommunications, offers and counter offers, we
got to know and respect her. Heidi's ever patient
willingness to do what we asked such as:
taking additional pictures, getting a feel for neighbors and
being our eyes; she always gave us a gently yet honest
opinion. Because of her we found our dream house in our
ideal community!
Heidi was committed to the very end, even after the close of

I have worked with many realtors in California previously but never
encountered any as professional as Mike Kerr and Heidi Perreira.
Several years ago we bought an exceptional view property in Maliu
Ridge with the help of Mike Kerr. When we decided to buy another
property on the big island we were at first disappointed that Mike
had retired from day-to-day selling but when she told us that we
would be in good hands with Heidi Perreira we knew that we could
trust her recommendation. We started the search for a house
that we could live in during the eventual construction on our lot in
January 2009 when I was still in California. During my trip to the
big Island in February, Heidi tirelessly showed me potential
