Giza, R(S) - (808) 960-7198
Originally hailing from the eastern seaboard ,
Beverly Giza tells it like it is: "the first time I set foot
in Hawaii I felt like I had arrived home." After receiving
her BS in Geology from Mount Holyoke College , Bev made it a
priority to return "home" to Hawaii, earning her Master of

a large part of the geology of the leeward side of Kohala
Mountain on the Big Island for her thesis and planned her
eventual return. Worked in mining and petroleum geology for
years in Wyoming, Arizonan, and Georgia – something Bev did
before finally returning home to the Big Island in 2002.
Positioned as the Kohala Mountain expert, Bev knows how to
take care of the land! Bev enjoys assisting her clients with
all aspects of home ownership in Hawaii and in her personal
time enjoys practicing hula, yoga, walking her dogs around

Heidi
Perreira, R(S) - (808) 987-8299
In a group of
high-powered, professional Realtors, it takes courage to
admit, "I didn't grow up wishing to be a Realtor." That's
the sort of person Heidi Perriera is – no pretense! She is
who she is, she's been where she's been and for Heidi, it
was pure joy to realize, "real estate is the perfect job for
me!" A local Big Island girl, born and raised and having
lived all over the county – from Kona to Hilo, through
Waimea to Kawaihae, Heidi has seen it all. As "Director of
First Impressions" for another now-retired Broker, Heidi got
to see first hand the difference she could make in people's
lives. And she was hooked. "It's exciting to be able to
assist everyday people overcome obstacles they didn't think
were possible, and to help them make their dreams come
true!" Spoken like the veteran Realtor she has become, Heidi
hasn't let her success go to her head. "It's been quite a
ride having started in the trenches, but I enjoy all aspects
of real estate - from working directly face to face with
clients to handling all of the "behind the scenes" work so
vital in every real estate transaction. |

Dahl
Young, R(S) - (808) 345-3902
Dahl Young is a Big
Island girl! Born and raised in Hilo, Dahl is grateful and
proud of her Big Island roots, but that’s not all she’s
known. With a degree in Asian Studies from UH Manoa, Dahl
traveled to Japan on a student exchange program and then
lived on Oahu for 14 years before returning to the Big
Island to raise her family in Kamuela. “I wanted my kids to
experience the same laid-back and relaxed lifestyle that I
enjoyed as a child,” Dahl says with quiet confidence. Real
Estate has always been a true passion for Dahl - weekends
being an opportunity to cruise through open houses and keep
an eye on the market. “My mother always encouraged me to
pursue this business because she felt my love for real
estate coupled with the patience I have while working with
many different personalities would be a perfect combination
for success.” When her mother passed away, Dahl finally
understood the importance of living a meaningful life every
day, and thus began a new career as a full-time Realtor with
her inheritance. Focused on the business of helping Sellers
and Buyers, Dahl’s work ethic would make her mother proud,
and every bit the success her mother had always imagined
she’d be. |

Naome Coloma, R(S),
E-PRO – (808) 938-9099
If Naome could play golf
everyday, she would. Luckily, for her, there is always a
sunny course somewhere on the Island. After working for 32
years at University of California, Naome packed up her clubs
and moved to the Big Island in 2003. She settled on the west
side of the island in Waikoloa Village (could it be because
it has its own golf course?) where Naome can be seen playing
golf at least once a week. Fluent in Tagalog and Ilocano,
Naome was born in the Philippines. She graduated from St.
Paul University in Manila with a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Nutrition. Naome is an active volunteer at various
functions of her church and is also a member of Lions Clubs.
She enjoys helping first time home buyers and their proud
American dream of “Owning your own home”. The next time when
you are out on one of our island’s golf courses, be sure to
look for Naome. |
